Lori Longbotham. I already own
Luscious Chocolate Desserts and
Luscious Lemon Desserts. I've already posted about one
here. Both are incredible cookbooks. Can you imagine over 60 recipes of coconut-based deliciousness? I can and I don't think I can hold out much longer! The cookbook was released last month. Has anyone gotten it yet??
